Some of the Rsync config parameters are used differently in 4.x. So if you
copied the config over you could have some settings that aren't right.
What's your value of $Conf{RsyncSshArgs} and $Conf{RsyncArgs}?
Please post the full rsync_bpc command from the XferLOG.bad file.
