AFAICT the list hasn't heard from Dr. Barratt for about three years. I wonder does anyone here know how to get in touch with him? His company (Intuitive Surgical) isn't forthcoming with contact details for its Chairman. I've searched, and come up with a very old atheros address plus old gmail and sourceforge addresses which I've cc'd here. I'm on record as being willing and capable of taking over maintenance of BackupPC, BackupPC::XS and rsync-bpc which if I'm not mistaken are the three packages needed for a working BackupPC version 4 install. Rather than fork a new repository I'd prefer to take over the existing Github account, so here's my shot at that. Dr. Barratt, please would you get in touch with me about this?
