Gabriele: There is something, somewhere, odd/wrong about your configuration. I do not know if it is Bacula or PostgreSQL or something else. Within the past few weeks, I tried running with a remote PostgreSQL database (remote as in on another server in the same LAN). There were no issues. I think we need more information (as mentioned by Bill). Let's start over.
