If I understand your use case correctly, you could run bacula-fd and
bacula-sd on each of your servers that have the locally-attached tape
drive, with a single bacula-dir, and also a bacula-sd on the freenas box.
The job for client A would use storage A, client B would use storage B,
etc. Then you could use Copy jobs to copy the jobs from each site's tape
storage to the freenas storage.
