A long way.  The last fulls were back in June.  But this will depend on my 
users, there is a lot of churn in this data so they may not be concerned about 
restoring to a specific day in the range as long as we can get everything 
running appropriately again.

Correct. If you aim for (just) getting back the latest version of everything 
you might remove the "in-betweens". How far apart are your Full backups? Please 
always cc to the list so that the community may benefit from your findings.
