I think there is no problem to note until one allows modern sensibilities into the picture. But this is a perfect example of how a social law needs changing as societal norms change. Under the laws of Baha`u'llah for instance the marriage ceremony would not have been permitted for four more years at Aisha's 15th birthday. In the United States baha`i's are bound also by the law of the land which says 18 is the minimum age without the consent of the court. The Bab allowed marriage at the age of 11 (I think, but am not entirely sure).
