I'm not sure what you mean by "this point". But what I have in mind
are people like Juan Cole. Or other Bahai "dissidents". As far as I
know, he is not a Remyite. He's not saying that the UHJ shouldn't have
been formed. But they might have a weaker notion of how much authority
they can exert or to what degree they are protected from error.

Juan Cole and others like Dennis McKoein and Fred Glaysher effectively "churched" themselves. Mr. Glaysher often makes appeals that others should abandon the faith for the sake of individual "freedom", of course, but he makes no claim to leadership for himself. These three individuals are not "covenant-breakers" in the sense of the Remeyites, or earlier schismatics, and the reaction of the faith is different towards them.
