 imho it's largely a personal and individual matter. but ni can see a 
difference, whether i should or not, between people who act pretty nicely and 
feel satisfied with their spiritual station and people who, regarldess of how 
they act know they are searching. i would offer as my own value system that 
those who know they are searching, and doing so actively with ther tools at 
their disposal are obeying para 1, whether they have heard of Bahas'u'llah or 
not, and are, as a result, being Covenantally sound by the terms offered by the 
UHJ in some paper or another:
 a Covenant in a religious sense is a binding agreement beteween God and man, 
in which ..something or other...i forget the rest of the song.
