I guess that depends on what you mean by "religious truth". In my
opinion, religious truth is embodied in principles, not applications,
and is absolute. The application of these truths is, of course,
relative to the society in which they are being implemented. While
this has been effectively true in previous dispensations, The Baha'i
Faith is unique in making it at least an implicit part of its
teachings by eliminating precedent as the controlling factor in
administrative decision making.
