Dear Friends,
When IS it appropriate to contact the World Centre for a question?
Personally, I would research the Writings first, probably utilizing the Ocean
program, as it rocks! Then, if I was unsure, I would contact learned and
deepened Baha'is to ask their opinions on the question. If still unsure, I
would ask my LSA to research the problem using their resources. I believe if
they were unsure, they would contact other institutions... who they contacted
would depend on the question, but it could be ABMs for protection/propagation,
Counselors, the NSA, etc. I think if the question were still unresolved at
that point, the NSA would probably contact the World Centre for their answer.
