The Baha'i Studies Listserv Dear David, It is possible that things have changed since the advent of the internet made so much material available to the average believer. When I was a youth ABM's had binders full of statements from the Guardian and the House that were not generally available. But Lights of Guidance had not yet been published at this time ans individual letters did not float around the internet as they do now. But I do know that ABMs do still get some letters before they are generally available. For instance, some believers got a hold of my letters from the House from their own ABMs before I had made them public.
