The Baha'i Studies Listserv Benjamin Tucker (anarchist) claimed that children had no rights until they gained independence from their parents or were able to contract, whichever came first. While other anarchists claim that even zygotes have rights. It really is an extension of the abortion debate. Radical parental rights is not authoritarian. I do tend to go more towards childrens rights myself.
