The Baha'i Studies Listserv Because it's the heart and soul of conservatism. That and religion also. The first is a Ronald Reagan quote and the seocond is an observation of theoconservatism. Religion tends to be moralistic and advocating for charity rather than tax and sepnd. The Baha'i Writings make numberous references to people giving to charity and the fund.
