Laws of physics apply to all mopeds too :P
It just *might* have helped, is what i meant!  

Even my reaction is to roll off and downshift when in a similar
situation, whereas it should be a gentle roll on. :)

we only ride 15-17 bhp bikes :p

But yes we need to learn, how to avoid falling as well as how to fall
safely :)
