Hi, 

Have a Pulsar 180 since 2004, done over 55000 Km on it and enjoyed every one of 
it, have recently shifted to Chennai and was shocked to find such low standards 
of service here. My machine had an electrical problem and the service/dealer 
here Jai Auto (Kasturibai nagar, Adyar) gave it back with out even checking if 
it would start, i had to go look for someone in his workshop to start my bike, 
this is the first time i have received the bike when it would not take a self 
start. 

The problem is so bad that the workshop refused to get me in-touch with a Bajaj 
Representative(did not give me a name or a number... they said go home open the 
service booklet the numbers are on it) and when i tried to log a complaint on 
the Bajaj website the site did not work (select Tamil Nadu and it will stop 
moving). i think they know that TN does not work... time they did something to 
improve the experience of the users
