go onto their website http://www.bajajauto.com/customer_care.asp call the customer care and ask for help... also write your problems onto sale & service request option. the problems should be writeen in such a way that they would be able to imagine it. make it sure that you call up the customer care continously and ask them that u need to talk to the representative whose region is chennai. they will give you the number of a person who may handle your region of sales and service. tell him your geninune problem and request him to solve it.. he will help you.. if this does not go after your frequest requests just mail it to [email protected] i have had a lot of problems with my P200 and they had solved it geninunly with no frustu emotion shown..... so request will be taken care of 100%. also u can approach the works manager there at service station and also excalate the problem to the service manager. everything will be taken care. Here one of the mechanic of Castrol Bike Point told that it is the problem of connecting rod, one mechanic told that there is some noice of crankshaft, and other mechanic told that the balancing gear's setting got disturbed.
