Hiii Sir, Sir this is Sandeep residing in hyderabad. I am owning pulsar 200 cc since August 2009 which has done 17500 kms. Sir, my bike is making some knocking sound while pickup in 1-3rd gears and I feel some in 4th and 5th gears sir. Here in hyderabad the service guys say that the bike is in good condition, but I do not feel so sir, cause I am riding the bike since 1-1/2 year and I know how my bike was and how it is now...There will be less knocking in 1st gear at about speed of 15, second gear at about speed of 23 to 24, 3rd gear at about speed of 32 to 34, If I try to exceed the speed above than this in respective gears then the knocking sound from engine starts. Here one of the mechanic of Castrol Bike Point told that it is the problem of connecting rod, one mechanic told that there is some noice of crankshaft, and other mechanic told that the balancing gear's setting got disturbed. Variety of mechanics are telling variety of problems. What should I do sir. Please reply...
