Least they can do is work on soft skills for their customer facing
employees. How hard can it be?

Amit did you finally escalate this to Bajaj or not? I urge you to do that..
if not corrected this bloke will happily move on to other service centers
with same shitty attitude and screw someone elses happiness. His statement
of you escalate and i will answer is most scary!
