NAMANYA SAJA BANK... jadi semua ini juga harus di pahami oleh semua kalau mau 
berhubungan dengan BANK, ada yang tertolong banyak juga yang kena karena tidak 
paham risikonya.  TIDAK ADA YANG FREE DI DUNIA INI DAN PASTINYA TIDAK DARI 
SEBUAH BANK.

Suatu hal yang perlu di pahami juga bahwa masyarakat kita sudah terbenam jauh 
dalam dunia UANG dan belum bisa berpikir lebih jauh dari pada itu.

  Maka kehidupan akan betul2 dicontrol oleh pemberi PINJAMAN.

  Saya tdk tahu di USA, namun di negara2 Eropa (Eropa-commision)  banyak sekali 
uang yang tersedia maksudnya dana2 yg tersedia dari pembayaran seluruh negara 
anggota. dan itu akan diputar kembali utk mendapatkan profit yg lebih besar.

  misal menggaet semakin banyak student from abroad (mulanya tawaran beberapa 
scolarship, namun setelahnya diharapkan semakin tergantung dan semakin banyak 
student from abroad).
  - Banyak Research2 utk negara2 berkembang, namun seluruh staff, meterial, 
supervising harus dari negara anggota komisi ini, dan ini tidak gratis, pasti 
ada sisi yg harus bayar meskipun di cicil, yg akhirnya sangat mahal. Dan itu 
tdk mungkin diberi ke negara2 afrika yg tdk punya potensi alam.
  - Bantuan, pinjaman, dll
  dan masih banyak lagi.

  Contoh di bidang saya di renewable enrgy ini.
  Saat Stunami menghantam aceh, kita ikut buat stand alone solar cell, solar 
water pumping. dimana saat itu do Aceh tdk ada listrik dan semua alir asin. 
sehingga program2 spt ini sungguh ampuh. Nah seluruh dana yg didapat mutlah 
dari Eropean komision ini dan sebagian besar UN. Dana2 itu adalh bantuan yang 
angka2nya dicatat, ehm.. kalau ikhlas ya di sumbang dan tdk ada pamrih,. la 
wong ini jelas kok berapa pengeluarannya dan Eropa juga meminta ke UN,.. saya 
tdk tahu setelahnya (rantai ..permohonan uang dari UN..)

  juga saat ini banyak kerjasama, renewable energy dgn pakistan dan bangladesh.


  Jadi kembali ke ide Bank of Banks ini saya tdk yakin.

  Sejauh ini bagi saya system KOPERASI adalah yg terbaik, kalau kita lihat 
perusahaan2 besar di UK, & Eropa sebetulnya secara tdk sengaja mereka 
menerapkan konsep ini.
  contoh.
  HANSON PLC (perusahaan aspal, baja, beton dan semen terbesar di Dunia).
  menerapkan konsep kepemilikan saham oleh seluruh karyawan, konsekuensinya... 
seluruh staff bekerja lebih giat agar perusaan untung dan sahamnya akan naik 
juga, begitu pula setiap pejabatnya berlomba2 berprestasi.

  sehingga saat ini ketika HANSON dan Heidelberg join bersama (banyak project2 
gedung olimpyade LONDON) semakin banyak lagi saham yg lepas ke karyawan, dan 
sekali lagi sebelum ke pasar stock, di beri prioritas karyawan utk mendapatnya.

  jadi kalau konsep KOPERASi diterapkan dalam setiap usaha, maka saya sangat 
yakin setiap anggota akan bekerja keras, dan juga korupsi akan mudah di hapus 
dan diawasi, sebab setiap anggota bisa dgn jelas melihat aliran dana dan 
keuntungan hasil usaha.
