All commanders present will report strengths and weanesses both in the enemy armies and in our own armies. 2. Reports about France. All dukes present will report about their provinces and their population. Are there trouble brewing somewhere, is the tax pressure too light or too heavy. 3. Reports about Europe. Reports from the Minister of State, the Minister of War and the Minister of Foreign affairs. Which countries should be considered potential allies, which should be considered as enemies. 4. Discussion about the needs of our military forces. What are the needs of the army and of the navy? The Minister of War and the Field Marshal give reports on their views on the subject. 5. Discussion about the responsibilities of the army and of the government. Recent events show there is a need for such a discussion. 6. Religious matters. Should we take religion into consideration when we form alliances?
