I notice that once again, the position of
Commissioner of Public Safety is open.
I would like to apply for the
position.
I will not bore you with a lengthy justification,
but will simply point out that a) while occupying the post I will not dissemble
as to my virtue and incorruptibility, but will simply make it clear to all what
they need to do to avoid arrest b) I shall have no problems in fulfilling my
quota of arrests - I already have a couple of candidates in mind.
