Mon General:
I thank you for your reply. My
fellow Subalterns plan to attend the Ball in a Chinese dragon costume that I
have acquired. I imagine you may already have plans, but if you do not,
the men and I would extend an invitation to our illustrious commander to attend
as St. Georges, our conqueror and/or slayer. I will leave the invitation open
for you to participate. It would greatly boost the morale of our corps if you
are not otherwise engaged with your busy schedule.
