I shall let the slight pass, as I am aware of how slow announcements are
made.  But yes, if indeed the men of the Dragoon Guards follow your example
of boorishness, then yes I shall not accept any application from men of the
Dragoon Guards.  I would have thought a regiment who produced such men as
the Field Marshal might have produced further such men, but perhaps I was
wrong.
