It has been brought to my attention that there was an incident of littering of the Horse Guards Parade grounds due to unauthorized duplication of public missives. Being that His Majesty's armies are to go on summer campaigns in a month, such waste is inexcusable. It would shock me to no ends to find out that any member of the Horse Guards would have engaged in any such activity and therefore I assume that such must be a civilian auxiliary. Being that the Horse Guards Brigade is attached to the First Army, and I am the Quartermaster General of the First Army, I am requesting without hestitation records on why such a large volume of supplies was used in such a manner.
