I posted one week ago and there is no answer :-(
This added to the other trial we did on Monster India, the conclusion is
that it's currently quite difficult for us to find individuals to hire
on our game - for different reasons, lack of track record on our side,
specificities of our requirements, lack of funds that makes us limit our
search to the most competitive places, etc.
I guess what we could do until this part improves is look at
subcontracting companies rather than individuals (with the constraint of
having no more than one person of each company who would work with us).
Until now, I've only asked my contacts in India to look for individuals,
so what I could try now is ask them to advice me with subcontracting
companies that they trust, and see how it goes.
What do you think ? Any other idea ? Any subcontracting company you know
of that is worth contacting ?
