Yup, the minigame isn't great, we have got lots of complaints about it.
We'll need to either improve it (it was coded in a rush for the Mozilla
Game On deadline, and is not very accessible right now) or remove it
altogether imho.

Hehe, don't do it before I finish this game :D

Ahah, you still have some time before we end up removing the
minigame. : )

Hehe, I'll not rest before winning that!

Btw if you're interested helping to improve it, don't hesitate to pass
on ideas. Even better, if you'd like to actually work on it, let me
know. We're recruiting ;p

Hehe, My life is quite confused now. But I can sure you that it's a
temptation to work with something so cool like this :)

My first mission is to check the interest/availability of my
indications to work on a game studio.

Many thanks for that - I really appreciate!

So, I've started to talk with people around here. There are already two
guys I'm talking about the job. One is a friend of mine and always
talked about web game development. The other one is a friend of him.

I will have a talk with them tomorrow and after that I can send you
their impressions and expectations about it.

Is there something special that I need to talk with them?

The job desc would probably help you. Here is a draft - it's not
finished (we haven't published the ads yet), but it should give you an
idea:

Nice description.

Maybe one or another guy can ask me some
thing about money but I can just say that it's not my business :D

No worries talking about money - we try to be as transparent as
possible, so we usually have those discussions on the public
mailing-list if it's ok with the person. The salary/price depends on the
profile, the experience and the local cost of life. The best is to make
a proposition, and then we discuss it.

Very interesting way. I miss this way of handling things in many places
I have worked :)

Yes, I think so. So, I have a suggestion: I have some companies and
developers in my mind. I can have a talk with each of them and try to
confirm their interest. This way we'll have a smaller list of names
making it easier to you to meet them.

That would be really perfect, thanks a lot for your help! :D

I'll answer some other things in your next emails :)
