Regarding the 2.2 : the idea is to switch completely HackIt to an OO structure right ? How long do you estimate this would take ? If I follow the current plan, for the coming iteration the training will be finished by monday night (with the UML schema) which leaves 3 days to do the OO work - I'd like to assess how many more days it would take, to see if it should be considered as one iteration or less or more, and to see how we can come back soon to a more structured iteration process :) Once this 2.2 is completed, the next iterations can be used to complete the 1.2, which will consist in the replacement of AjaxIM by phpfreechat if I followed correctly (should we plan some additional time for that ?), and the 2.0 and 2.1 for the completion of mission system.
