Linux commit 2f42bbebb7be ("arm64: dts: imx8mq: Add Root Port node and
PERST property"), which came in with the v7.2-rc1 dts sync, added a
pcie@0 root port node to the i.MX8MQ PCIe controllers. Our ZII Ultra DT
already has a host@0 node with the same devfn below pcie1 to describe
the i210.
Drop our our own addition and describe the i210 below the new root port
node instead.
Only build-tested.
