At the moment i don't know exactly how bareos creates the backup list. But i 
think it will create a backup list. So Bareos shall just resume the outstanding 
files, which aren't backuped with the original job. If some files were changed 
during the backup job, director shall write an informational log, that some 
files are changed in the meanwhile.

An additional incremental backup must be done after that resumed job.

You are right, with 10GbE or 40GbE it can't be a Problem to Backup such big 
size data. But if you have only a Backup-Window for 4 hours it can be a 
challenge. So a pause resume job is really a cool feature. ;-)
