Is that 64-bit only? On Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 (32-bit) the Director 
service crashes with the following error:

Bareos ERROR: 
bareos-dir ABORTING due to ERROR
Unable to load shared library: libbareoscats-postgresql.dll ERR=The specified 
module could not be found.
