Hello Malcolm, we reuse some of the libraries shipped with the postgres installer, and in the 32Bit installer, one library has a different name.
I just fixed that in the installer, so that this should not happen when the new installer is ready. You can however copy the file libint.dll manually from the postgresql bin directory to the bareos directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Postgresql\9.3\bin\libintl.dll -> c:\program files\Bareos Then everything works in my test machine.
