Hi,
what happens, if you try to connect via telnet from the director to the
client? Just to test if the IP and port are reachable:
telnet 10.8.0.1 9102
If you receive
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
or
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
then it is a problem with your network, independent of Bareos.
