The documentation is updated and published and describe now the two available methods: NDMP_BAREOS (same as before) and NDMP_NATIVE. The code is published to github (master branch). Packages should be available at http://download.bareos.org/bareos/experimental/nightly/, however, the automated publishing is blocked, because an error at the automated tests on some older SUSE distributions (not related to NDMP, but the bareos-webui). As soon as these get fixed, packages will be published.
