if we despool and spool at the same time, we gain much time!
- spooling first part 50GB 10min
- despooling frist 50GB to tape, while spooling the next 50GB 10min

= total 30miutes
so that would be 1/3 faster. If you have large/much jobs that would
gain enormous time.

You should try to split the jobs. Different jobs can spool while
another one is despooling. But be aware that you need a really fast
spool area to feed a recent LTO and spool at the same time.
