Hi, I have a number of servers that I backup to a bareos server with plenty of disk storage. I get this error (after s number of days of no problems with the jobs):
bareos-sd JobId 181: Job server3-var-backup.2021-05-10_23.00.01_03 is waiting. Cannot find any appendable volumes. Please use the "label" command to create a new Volume for: Storage: "Server3Storage" (/data1/server3) Pool: Incremental Media type: File I had this error before, and then I increased the Maximum Volumes to 1000 in the files /etc/bareos/bareos-dir.d/pool/ (Incremental.conf, Full.conf, .....) What is the correct way to configure this so I don't get this problem anymore? I have more diskspace on the backup server than all my other servers combined, so storage on the backup server should not be a problem for the near or medium far future. best regards, Andy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "bareos-users" group.
