Nothing wrong with AlwaysIncremental - just, that I have 0 experience with it.
I've increased the number of volumes, so this is giving me some time to look for a permanent solution.
You won't see, if any other change is successful, when you keep increasing the number of volumes: bareos will only start recycling old volumes, if it runs out of unused volumes. (though, I can understand, that one wants to increase the number of volumes to make it "just work for now" again)
