Yep, that's what I'm doing for now in the release scripts under
maintainer/.  If I do that regularly, I should be able to catch
header bugs like that.

Lintian does some of this when I build Debian packages, but doesn't
check header stuff.  I think the release scripts should be enough of
a check for now.
