Thanks.  The bb 8703e version is 4.2.1.96 and is on a BES server.

I'm was getting compile errors with the macros.  Am I missing packages, or
do i need to modify something?  I ended up not compiling the gui or
opensync.  That's not what I really wanted.

I got the tools compiled and I've connected to the network.  Thanks for the
tools.  I also found that I still need to vpn in, as even with a BES server,
I'm just not on the network.  It only seems to work on the browsers.

I'm still looking at how to integrate into network manager, but I'll figure
that one out.
