Aidan, I have a 7100 here and it is running version 3.8 of the handheld software (ie: blackberry OS). What version is your bb running?
When you see that error "device does not support requested command", it is a bit miss-leading. This version of the blackberry OS seems to respond with "I don't support this command" whenever bjavaloader closes the session. (to the devs) I have verified that the windows version of javaloader sees the same response code when closing the javaloader session. It is mostly harmless as the command leading up to the end of the session seems to work fine. As for the "deviceinfo" command this is broken for that version of blackberry. I have a fix which is supper simple and will post a patch for it soon.
