I added a fix for the NOT_SUPPORTED/ACK oddness with the Goodbye command,
so the exception should not happen anymore for 7750 or 7130 devices.

Aidan, I'm hoping that a proper socket close and shutdown will let you
load the Gmail apps you were experimenting with earlier.  Could you give
them a try and let us know?  If it still gives an error, add the '-v'
switch to the bjavaloader command line to see how it fails.

I had trouble loading the HelloWorldDemo.cod on the 7130, but loading
an opera browser file I had kicking around worked ok.  The HelloWorldDemo
worked on the Pearl I have here, so maybe 7130's are just more picky.
