If you want to flag a clean message as spam the only way will be to use the whitelist/blacklist. Or to manually add it to your spam assassin rules perhaps there is another more automatic way but I know it not. If all messages were quarantined, wouldn't that mean that manual intervention would be required to identify and release clean messages to users? I always understood a quarantine to be a "holding tank" or "jail" if you will, for messages that have been automatically scanned and flagged as either definitely bad or suspect. Meanwhile, clean messages are passed on to the recipient. Then an administrator would review these quarantined messages and manually release any false-positives. You're suggesting that I should have all of my user's email go into quarantine?
