Hi all,
I’m trying to test out the BASE2 demo server and have hit a few stumbling blocks. Hopefully someone here can help me out with the following questions.
How would one:
1) add well information to a plate? 2) import features to an array design? (attempts to import .gal file results in error message) 3) import data to rawbioassay? (each time I hit the import button I get an error that says “Unsupported raw data type”, regardless of the raw data type I choose when first creating the rawbioassay) 4) create spot images for a rawbioassay? I can’t seem to find where this is even an option.
I am guessing that these features either have not been implemented yet or are not available on the demo server. If someone could tell me otherwise, that would be great.
