I assume that all your data files are in text format (tab-separated for example), since that is the only format supported. First, you have to define a file format. You do this by going to the Administrate -> Plugins -> Configurations page and creating a new plugin configuration. As you will see there are plugins for importing plates, features and raw data (among others). When you have created the configurations, click on the Configure link. Now, you have to specify various regular expressions that matches your file format, and tell which column in the file corresponds to which property of imported item type. > > 4) create spot images for a rawbioassay?
