I'm sorry I was unable to attend last Monday's meeting, but I was so tired after my trip to Oregon that I was nearly falling asleep at the wheel while driving home from work.
Have we decided how we're going to decide on a new permanent meeting site? It appears to me that either the Newark/Thornton Round Table Pizza or the Campbell Hick'ry Pit sites were acceptable to most people who expressed an opinion, and that while the food at Yissao was acceptable, the physical layout probably wouldn't work for us in the long run. If we haven't decided yet on how to decide, I suggest that we book the Stevens Creek location through July 19 if possible, and that we plan to hold a formal vote on picking a new site at the July 12 meeting. We're already scheduled for Newark/Thornton for July 26, so whatever we decide on July 12, we would implement effective August 2, giving us about three weeks to get it started. Kevin
