Recommendations. This should include all of the recommendations from the
previous weeks and those additions I took down at the meeting of January
31st. Cheryl Morgan will incorporate BASFA's recommendations into the
EMERALD CITY Hugo Recommendations List

any of these suggestions (or, in case I got the results wrong, take your
name off a recommendation), write to Cheryl.
You can continue to make recommendations by writing to Cheryl; however,
if you're not already a member of Noreascon 4 or Interaction, you cannot
cast a nominating ballot, because the deadline for joining in time to be
eligible to cast a nominating ballot was January 31. If you are a
member of N4 or IA, you have until March 11 to cast your nominating
ballot.
