Alyson Abramowitz had a tree come through the roof of the house that she's been living in. Her landlord's insurance is covering it also, but it's been a pain for her. Alyson and I have moved stuff out of her bedrooms to the living room. She found out yesterday that the living room has some water in it, too, so we might have to move stuff to yet another dry room. Since the tree came down on her master bedroom space, Alyson has been staying with us. We've told her that she can stay with us as long as needed. Between earthquake and water damage from rain or flood, I'll take earthquake damage. I've now helped two friends recover from water damage, and it's a mess. I suspect fire damage is as bad or worse, but I haven't had to deal with it or help a friend deal with it. Until later-- Carole _______________________________________________ Basfa mailing list [email protected] http://lists.basfa.org/listinfo.cgi/basfa-basfa.org
