Unfortunately, most of the discussion has been by those already in the know and no one's saying they'll actually show up today! BTW I picked Santouka (Mitsuwa is the supermarket, Santouka is the restaurant within) because it's right off 280 and not far from Coco's--Moorpark or 280 to Lawrence--and because it has counter service and a fairly large seating area. Everybody has an opinion about who makes the "best" ramen. Does it really matter when they're all so slurp worthy? I'd rather be eating ramen than talking about it.
