Hello Again:
This morning Adrienne Foster, Mo's daughter (Macy), and I met with Mo's
doctors.  Our favorite patient is improving!
(1) She's cognizant of her surroundings now and able to converse normally,
although her energy's understandably low.
(2) All tests indicate that her internal bleeding has stopped.  She's got a
hematoma, and the doctors are watching it  to see how things progress.  There
is an infection possibly stemming from that site, but the antibiotics are
working.  They'll need another day or so to identify the bacterial strain.
(3) There's no news about when they'll release her.  They want to monitor her
to see how the hematoma changes and to watch that infection..  The pool may
likely  go away on its own, or they might have to drain it.  She's on NPO (no
food or water by mouth) until further notice.  So far so good, however!
(4) Our Mo has diabetes, so if you visit, please bring nothing that will upset
that condition.
(5) She's working daily with a physical therapist to exercise her muscles,
which lost some tone while she was out of it.
In summary, and it bears repeating, she's improving nicely.  Much better today.
 Still work to do though!
In Friendship,Chuck Serface
