Yes you can. The whole point of allowing hook functions to decide
whether to add people or not can be handled by this sort of thing, at
the expense of hard-coding a list of people/email addresses you don't
ever want to be asked about. I have to confess I'm more against than
for adding multiple variables to bbdb to switch things on and off when
a small amount of coding on a per-user basis would be a better thing;
you end up with a microsoft product otherwise, where you use 1% of a
30GB installation.
