I'm not sure what you want. I want BBDB to never automatically notice
people, I want it to wait for me pressing `:' or `;'. This can be
done like so:

(setq bbdb/mail-auto-create-p nil)
(setq bbdb/news-auto-create-p nil)
(setq bbdb-always-add-addresses 'never)

This almost makes me happy. The only problem is this: when I hit `:'
on a message from a person who is already in the database, a new email
address is not added to the list. I wonder if it was possible to
change the behavior: when I hit `:', a new email address should be
added. Or BBDB should ask me.

But I still use 2.00.06.

PS: I think I can't just frob bbdb-always-add-addresses because then
it would add new addresses for people even when I don't press
    `:'. I think.

Be indiscrete. Do it continuously.
